Metro Nova Creative Supports New Community Efforts in Fredericksburg

It’s no secret that Metro Nova Creative founder and creative director Dan Craddock is a big man with a bigger heart. Each business quarter, a portion of our profits are donated to a local charity or organization that we recognize as a vital part of our community. 2022 is no different.

For Q1 of 2022, our team has decided to recognize the efforts and unending support of an organization right around the corner from our office:

Micah Ecumenical Ministries

From providing daily meals and essentials to offering hope, love, and respect to our neighbors who are hungry and unhoused, Micah does it all. Their vision is “a just, kind and humble community where all neighbors belong, participate, meet each other’s needs and engage in meaningful relationships.”

And Micah’s efforts just don’t stop! They are currently working towards building the Jeremiah Community, a group of small homes provided to those who cannot afford housing. This community will be comprised of 500-square foot homes with on-site supports intended to care for those living there. Amenities, such as a community center, a garden and an art workshop, will allow our neighbors to explore their gifts and find purpose and meaning in their lives. And welcoming our neighbors home to a place they can finally settle, also includes welcoming you to be a meaningful part of their lives.
