Meet Tilly the Elephant – A Mascot That Means Business (and Fun)

Bringing Personality to Pressure Washing with a Custom Mascot

When Red Door Pro Wash came to Metro Nova Creative, they weren’t just looking for another logo refresh — they were looking for something that could create an emotional connection with customers and stand out in a crowded field. The result? Tilly the Elephant — a bold, friendly brand mascot with a big heart and even bigger personality.

Why a Mascot?

For brands that want to elevate customer experience and memorability, mascots are a powerful tool. They turn services into stories and make brands feel more human (even if they come in elephant form). For Red Door Pro Wash, Tilly was the perfect way to:

  • Represent strength, reliability, and precision — all key traits for a power washing company
  • Appeal to both residential and commercial customers with a look that’s professional and playful
  • Create a unique identity that’s instantly recognizable on trucks, apparel, signage, and social media

The Design Process

We worked closely with the Red Door team to define Tilly’s personality traits: hardworking, cheerful, and just a little mischievous. 🧼🐘

  • Her gray-and-red palette ties directly into Red Door’s brand colors
  • Her round shapes and expressive face make her friendly and disarming
  • That beanie? Just a splash of fun to show Tilly doesn’t take herself too seriously

We designed Tilly for flexibility — she can be animated, printed, or even turned into merch. She’s already showing up on marketing materials and adding major charm to every customer touchpoint.

The Result

Tilly gives Red Door Pro Wash more than just a face — she gives them a voice. She helps customers remember the company and feel good about their choice. And she gives the team a fresh, fun identity they’re proud to represent.
