The Vision
The client’s grandfather, Ruperto, was a coffee farmer in the mountains of Puerto Rico. His story was central to the family’s values—hard work, consistency, and caring for others. Real Property Management wanted to honor his legacy in a way that would resonate with clients and stand out in the property management space.
Ruperto’s First Cup was created as a marketing asset with a purpose: to build emotional connection, offer a unique client experience, and pay tribute to the family’s roots.
This sub-brand gave Real Property Management a way to:

The Creative Process
Metro Nova Creative was brought in to bring the vision of Ruperto’s First Cup to life. Our job wasn’t just to create a coffee label—it was to tell a story that felt personal, authentic, and aligned with the core brand.
