What were the challenges the business faced?
Matern Staffing hired Webb Smith Interiors to help them style their new office in Fredericksburg. There were a number of amazing design choices made by Webb Smith but the client wanted something to fill up larger wall spaces which would help strengthen the brand while getting staff and clients energized as soon as they walked in the front door.
Why did this challenge have a significant impact on the business?
Internal branding is a massive part of building a work environment that makes people want to stay. When you don’t invest in a fun and professional atmosphere that your team can be proud of, you have a higher turnover rate which leads to lower profits. Hiring a mural artist would have caused a significant increase in the cost as well as created a longer period of time for installation which could have disrupted the workday.
How did Metro Nova Creative address the initial challenges?
Our team worked directly with the team at Webb Smith Interiors to make sure our designs matched the aesthetics they had planned for the office. Our creative director, Dan, also worked with the schedules of the construction team in order to plan the installation with our production team from Illusions Wraps. We also worked with the owner of Matern Staffing in order to deliver the message she had in a strong visual graphic.
How has the project helped the business after completion?
We got to see an immediate resurgence of excitement from their staff about the new designs which creates new motivation and pride in their work.
